Wow, it’s my thread, and I said 1 thing..(: Yeah, I do believe we have to choose 1 focus at a time, that we will add to our routines or they get none to little attention. I have started focus-threads before..but this one is different..JUST 1 THING/AREA.
It is my day off.. and while the concept of not being at a scheduled multi-task day by others is exciting..I have to stay focused to allow my 2 days off a week to be managed well.
So..my first area is my foundation-place,as I call it: Prayer, Planning, Tapping, Visualizations, and Documentation/Journaling. None of these things take a long time, but not good for me when skipped. Many foundation-things I do are ok alone..but not enough by themselves. You can be very relaxed and optimistic, but without a plan..you’re wishing not creating new reality.
And one more thing to add Pure Essences-Denise’s Optimist’s Creed to my day:

My one thing for today is to put my plan in writing and to relate that plan to the various facets of the plan.
The plan will include my goal to bring to the attention of everyone I know the 40 Day Fast that will begin on the 21st of June 12:00 am and continue until the 1st of August 12:00 pm. The Fast is to abstain from any Negative thoughts and actions, when this happens all over the world, we are going to notice a shift in the planet’s energy. Won’t that be Cool?

my thing for today is a little one
Im making soup from lots of veg ,tinned tomatoes,butter beans and herbs for my dinner instead of having packet soup which is high in salt and additives ,our home smells lovely .

A full and thankful heart..
today i’m spring cleaning my bathroom and getting myself out of this chair by saying over and over -
action preceeds motivation ,
yes !!!! i did it ,went upstairs and spent about 3 hours in bathroom put on relaxation c d and took my time ,cleared out all unused bottles of shampoo etc and cleaned everything ,even took bath panel off and washed it in the bath .Now there is just a candle on the corners of the bath and on the window sill an angel kneeling down and i put some little candles around her that look like pebbles ,it is so tidy,shiny and calm to be in there .
I have also stopped my mood from going lower ,on monday i could feel the dark cloud hovering and knew yesterday i could easily slip back down so i made myself do something and i feel so proud of myself but also a sense of taking control which is a very alien but good feeling .Think i will tackle the kitchen today and going to make a smoothie with strawberries,bananas and soya yoghurt for breakfast as i avoided morning biscuits ( wheat and sugar wont be helping mood will it .)love flowergirl
