Food is one of my absolute favorite subjects. I do consider food to be real medicine... though not once in awhile...
consistently.
I like to keep it fun... and enjoy myself without guilt. I do this by remembering why I feel this way, what created the desire to make this a priority and then 'do it'. The how tends to fill itself in... most of the time.
This thread is being created for greater creativity, spontaneity and desire to explore further.
