Below is the model I had mentioned that I wanted to share; Transtheoretical model- Stages of change. Pretty interesting stuff.
They say if you know where you’re at in the change process, it’s helpful in getting where you’re going and maintaining the change. There are 5 stages. And you can recycle stages until you are easily able to maintain. articles on the subject:
model-of-behavior-change Stages of Change – How to Keep a Resolution
It includes:
Introduction to Behavior Change
The Elements of Change
Stage 1 – Precontemplation,Stage 2 – Contemplation,Stage 3 – Preparation,
Stage 4 – Action,Stage 5 – Maintenance, and Stage 6 – Going back to Old Patterns

I had some circulation problems a few weeks ago, so I thought it was time to get more active and also to lose some weight.
I now go on walks everyday (more than one!!!) at the lookouts and do light jogging. I am going to the drs on Friday to get my heart checked cos it hurts when I go on long jogs.
I didn’t make a goal as such, I just got out there, thinking how good I’d feel after I went for the exercise.

In response to SelfcareLivingLifeOfEase's post:
For 2019, I choose to change everything I can.
I choose to let go of all of the rest.
I choose to surrender to the God of my understanding
to know the difference ...of what is possible to change
I am anticipating a wonderful new year.
Thank you Thank you Thank you
