When I must be in the presence of a negative person, before I arrive, I imagine myself surrounded by a white light of protection and positive energy.

When a negative person pushes one of my emotional triggers, I ask myself why this is effecting me so much. When I discover the root and elminate it, thus removing the ability of the negative person to control my emotions anymore.
