I give myself the benefit of the doubt, and allow myself to be fallible and imperfect. I allow others the benefit of the doubt. They, too, are allowed to be fallible and to make mistakes.

Whenever I use my voice to speak on behalf of the larger well-being of people or animals, I experience warm, pleasant feelings. I reward myself with positive emotions for doing what is best for myself and others.

I feel little doubt or fear about doing spiritual work in the world. I am always up to the task. I was made for the task. I have all that I need to do all the things I most want to do in my time here on earth.

I have an abundance of connections with people who are spiritual. It feels so nice, to come into contact with people who understand me at a spiritual level.

Even if it's only for a few minutes, I am able to spend some part of every hour, bathing and marinating my spirit in the healing energy of self love. And over time, this makes a tremendous difference, bringing feelings of fullness, confidence and pleasure
