Most women like to feel beautiful, and I am no exception. Sometimes I just feel beautiful, and it really has nothing to do with my relationship status at all.

I feel emotionally abundant and seecure. More and more, I notice that it is safe to feel this way, and even quite natural to feel this way.

I feel kindness toward people, even when they are somewhat privileged, even when they are somewhat stigmatized. This is not a competition, and all people are worthy of my kindness.

Nobody needs to encourage me to be this way -- I have my own values and beliefs, and there is tremendous strength and energy inherent in that.

I fill my own bucket, and notice the things that are beautiful abbout myself. Outward beauty and inward beauty are both fun to notice.
