The universe gives us permission to be exactly the way we are, and exactly the person we wish to be.

I notice the range of bodies around me, and know that they are all perfectly fine and perfectly acceptable. There are old bodies, arthritic bodies, scarred bodies, and I can sense something of goodness and beauty in those experiences too.

I have easy and unlimited access to feelings of being pretty just as I am, and feelings of ease in my body's sexuality, just as it is.

My body works hard to be beautiful for me, and I'm very appreciative of that.

People seem to easily trust me and connect with me, and this brings me tremendous pleasure.
