I know who I am; I know who I choose to be; I know that I always wish to be a source of goodness, inclusiveness, and understanding.

I am able to hold light, even in the human realm, because I have been taught and guided and assisted by Spirit in how to do this, so that now, I am quite good at it, whenever I wish to be.

A joyful existence is available to me, simply through using the ever-present energy of self love to build feelings of ease and grace. I am never again separate from self love, which brings in Divine Love. I am grateful.
