I am always divinely guided and protected. Infinite Light blazes within me, through me and all around me. Infinite Light saturates my entire being. The Light now dissolves all darkness within me and all around me. I now release into the Light any external mental influences, thoughtforms and entities that may have attached to me intentionally or unintentionally. I release any energies within me that are not my own. I return them back into the Light. I am free to be myself now and forever. I take back any fragments of my consciousness that I might have left behind. Any parts of my being that require healing are now healed through the power of Infinite Light within me. I am whole and complete. I am filled with Light. I commit myself and my life to Light now and forever. I now remember my true nature. I remember the truth about myself. I remember that I am a beautiful and powerful being of Light. I am filled with Love. Love within me now dissolves all fears, worries and concerns into nothingness. I fully realize that Love within me is all powerful. Love keeps me safe and protected at all times. My energy field is strong and powerful. No one and nothing can ever influence me without my express permission. I allow only Light and Love into my life. I give only Light and Love and I receive only Light and Love. All my thoughts, words and actions are guided, governed and motivated by Light and Love now and forever. I am at peace with myself and with my world. My mind is filled with joyful, uplifting, loving and beautiful thoughts. I dedicate my life to extending Love and Light to everyone, everywhere, at all times. My life is wonderful. My life is filled with miracles. I am deeply grateful for my life.
