Well what can i say… What brings me here.. to site that i would’ve scoffed at a few weeks ago. “WHAT O LOAD OF PISH” I would have said and laughed! Well the past few weeks have been a long road traveled, in fact one that was very familiar to me and one i did not want to go down ever again.. despair! My relationship went…a fear i’d been clinging on to, i didn’t want him to go, but i knew it was in the post. it was a one sided relationship that i was clinging onto for dear life, i thought when it went so did my self worth. being associated with him..the big ego, was my identity, who i was - part of him! Of course it failed. 3 weeks of sobbing and questioning my self worth, feeling in the wilderness, defeated, deflated and crushed. Could i live this way.. NO NO NO NO NO!! GET UP GET ON AND MAKE YOUR OWN HAPPINESS. The only person you can reply on is yourself, theres no rescuer but yourself, seek help, but foremost help yourself! Get out..walk, join a gym, do things you wouldn’t normally do. Be kind to yourself..don’t listen to that nagging inner voice make it positive. tell yourself how beautiful, talented and great you are. Take complements but complement yourself. You can only be yourself..everyone is taken! i’m not all the way there yet, i’m still struggling down the path like everyone else, but i’m getting there! If i can get a daily boost from this so be it.. i’ll take it cause i’m going to make it!

I’m so glad you are exploring positive affirmations and expect that this site is helpful to you on your new, more rewarding path. A One-sided relationship can be lonlier than none. Hope you are starting to enjoy taking better care of your own happiness. I am a happier person since I started expecting better things. It’s important to stick to it and it will become natural. My best to you gail-jane and Welcome to Bmindful. I have enjoyed the wonderful consistent things here, since the only thing we share is doing what it takes to be where we want to be in the most wonderful ways. I have complete faith you will get what you need and desire here.

Just remember 1 thing. You already are ok. You are exactly where you’re supposed to be to get exactly where you’re joyously meant to be. And all gets better better better, all of the time. And days that don’t feel that way, it still is getting better better better, because you’re involved, and their is a vast Universe with info, ideas, love and A Plan that has your name all over it. My special wishes and my greatest prayers go out to you today.
