I feel kindness toward people, even when they are somewhat privileged, even when they are somewhat stigmatized. This is not a competition, and all people are worthy of my kindness.

It is up to me, if I want to believe my tits are a thing of beauty. It is my choice, if I want to believe my ass is an orb of beautiful punchiness.

I perceive myself being at peace quite often in my daily life, and I know that this is part of my plan for myself.

I allow people to come into my life, with no hurries and absolutely no anxieties. I allow people to pass out of my life, too, peacefully and comfortably.

Nobody gives me permission to be this way. I give MYSELF permission to be this way.

I think that self liking and body acceptance are really amazing and awesome things to practice, so I DO practice them.

Sometimes it feels good to step into your power, and say "Only messages of kindness and self-love live here."

There are all kinds of messages about the importance of being beautiful in our society, but really, we only have to be beautiful to ourselves.

The universe needs my confidence and strength, and no one really gets to tell me what I should look llike.

It is perfectly OK to be fat or skinny or anywhere in between -- there is not a preferred size to be, in the practice of body acceptance.

I''m a very easy person to be around, and people tend to feel comfortable around me.

I have a sense of who I choose to be in this lifetime, and I enjoy letting that unfold. I am the greatest gift I could ever give to others.

I hold an inner confidence and strength, and feel very little need for anyone to validate me or approve of me.

I am comfortable being singled out for attention, socially or professionally.

I am a magnet for loving affection and cameraderie.

The universe seems to support and encourage my decisions, so I become stronger and more confident over time.

My self-image is completely of my own choosing. I can see myself as a being of quiet beauty, if that feels good to me today.

I am comfortable and relaxed around anyone. It comes naturally to me, to connect with people who seem especially intelligent or especially spiritual.

Every day I get closer to my ideal weight

I eat healthy and nutritious foods

I will lose weight each day.

I am feeling trim and toned & looking great!

I have a firm flat belly and tight toned abdominals

I eat only healthy foods.

All excess fat and weight now drop from my body from the right places!

I will meet my weight loss goals.

I crave healthy food.

I can clearly see myself easily achieving and maintaining my goal weight

I enjoy excerise and how it makes me feel

I have a beautiful body with perfect curves

I am losing weight, and it feels wonderful.

I look forward to, and thoroughly enjoy exercising.

I am losing weight effortlessly every day!

My metabolism is automatically adjusted to support my weight loss goal.

Everything I eat turns to health, beauty and love.

Body fat and Calories are melting off me like ice in the hot summer sun.

I possess an endless supply of creativity, energy and tolerance for any project that I assume.

My inner vision is always clear and focused.

Everything I touch returns riches to me.

I am responsible for my own attitude.

Beyond positive thinking is positive believing.

I gratefully accept all the health, wealth and happiness that the universe pours into me every day.

Today, I will concentrate on taking one step forward, however small

I will remain confident and unaffected by negative attitudes around me

Wealth is pouring into my life.

I radiate love and happiness.

I am fit, healthy and attractive.

My possibilities are endless.

I am worthy of love.
