Confidence: Just for today I will be unafraid. Especially I will not be afraid to enjoy what is beautiful. I will believe that as I give to the world, so the world will give to me. I will live with vitality, commitment, and meaning.

Enthusiastic effort of mind: Just for today I will strengthen my mind. I will work at books. I will read, concentrate, and reflect, and allow my mind to expand in awareness, and to be as it is.

Positive: Just for today I will be agreeable, not criticise, dress well, not find fault with anything, and not try to improve or regulate anybody but myself.

Mindful: Just for today I will have a quiet half hour by myself, to focus and relax. During this half hour, I will get a better perspective of my life, through an aware detachment from my senses and thoughts.

Altruism: Just for today I will exercise my soul in three ways. I will do somebody a good turn and not get found out. I will do two things I do not want to do, just for the exercise. And I will not show anyone that my feelings are hurt.

Organised. Just for today I will have a diary, I may not keep to it exactly, but I will have it. I will be organised and decisive.

I create happiness in my life

I gleefully greet each and every thing I meet in life with joy and reverence, allowing life to be exactly as it is. I am one with All That Is.
