It is so good to finally be free from cigarettes! The more time that passes the better I feel!

I completely abjure the whole idea of having just one cigarette! I know that there is no such thing as having just one highly addictive, life destroying substance.

Whenever I see a cigarette or even think of one, I automatically hear myself saying these words: "I do not smoke." and I simply don't

I speak positively to myself about not smoking and staying smokefree is easier for me!

Also, I really want not to smoke, I used to think I 'needed' or 'enjoyed' smoking, but that was just a fallacy. The truth is I love myself and those around me so much more than that.

I enjoy knowing that my lungs are regenerating continuously as I continue to refrain from smoking.

I truly enjoy not smoking, and I feel good about myself not smoking.

I do not view smoking as being strong, cool, intelligent, sexy, OR glamorous in any way.

I choose to see smoking for what it really is: weak, stress and anxiety driven, stupid, deadly, AND self-destructive - and I know that just has no more place in my life, at all.

Quitting smoking is easy, it's really not as hard as I thought! It was continuing to smoke that was hard on me.

I know exactly what I will do with the time, the energy, and the money I will save by no longer smoking.

Smoking simply is not the answer to any stress in me. I am worth far more than anything I could ever possibly get out of smoking.

I will stop smoking to help heal myself.

Smoking IS stupid, since I am not addicted to stupidity there is no reason why I can not quit smoking!

It is really time for me to quit smoking, that old habit simply doesn't serve me anymore and it never really did.

I locate tools to help me quit smoking; there are nicotine patches, as well as other quit smoking aides which I would rather invest temporary funds in to help me quit smoking, which will save me!

I have quit smoking, and every day that passes, I feel better and better

My whole life is truly sweeter and better simply because I have quit smoking.
