I am a busy hairsalon owner and have found myself overwhelmed between and new business,new marriage and building a new house among many other stressful things in life. I had a client tell me about this website and thought I would check it out and work on myself for 2010 and find solitude in the things that always remind me that we are never alone you just have to ask for help and have faith that it will happen. Until recently I had forgotten how much I enjoy writing. Journaling, writing poetry, letters, etc. I also had forgotten what it was like to take a deep breath and feel relaxed.I am looking forward to meeting new friends and I hope to be able to encourage you as much with my affirmations as you do me with yours.
