I love myself and I am in charge of my own happiness

I can change my thoughts and my feelings will oblige.

I know now that I am here to be happy

What will this cost me if I don't change?

I face the future wiser, stronger, and at peace. I am healed of all pain, sorrow and regret

I enjoy practicing excellent personal hygeine and grooming

I focus easily on my key tasks

I will press on until the goal is reached.
