lightheartedness for me comes from letting any perceived undesired ‘unnecessary’ stuff to bounce off of me. I envision being like a backboard of a basketball hoop stand. I only get in what I want, and the rest of the ‘tries’ (thoughts/beliefs that do not serve my greatest good) bounce off and goes away (from me)…. feeling like the victor with my arms up high… and my body feeling the joy I have in creating my life.

reflecting on what he thought of his first impression of AA.This is what he thought quote“I was sure that AA was some sort of cult,and you guys
were into brainwashing people,but then another thought said to me maybe my
