Many of us on Bmindful practice gratitude pretty naturally.
The purpose of this thread is to regularly brainstorm as a community…things one could somehow include in a gratitude journal to create a tool that inspires you every time you write in it, every time you look at it, in it…think about it…An awesome collection of wonderful things. It can have several sections, and you can decorate it anyway you please…after-all, its yours. And together, positive thought/creativity abounds(:
Let’s talk:
quotes
affirmations
joy
threads
treasures you’ve received from those we who you’ve felt were unkind authors, friends, family, acquaintances, strangers on the street…
Be creative…because it is part of your joyful essence.

my idea is to make it like a scrapbook ,sticking in pictures ,doodling ,collages ,as well as writing daily gratitude’s in .I like the idea of lighting a candle and sitting down with a pretty basket containing a lovely notebook ,scissors ,gluestick ,pictures ,pens ,pencils etc and spending time focusing on what I am grateful for it
