★THRU ROSE COLORED GLASSES

We have all heard it. We’ve heard people who put others down because they seem to look at the world through ‘rose colored glasses’ But what if looking at the world through rose colored glasses is exactly the way to create the experience we want?

What might happen if you looked at yourself through rose colored glasses?

What might happen if you looked at others through rose colored glasses?

What might happen if you looked at the world through rose colored glasses?

What might happen if you looked at your future with rose colored glasses? (or even looked at your past through rose colored glasses?)

Of course, when you first attempt to do this you may encounter internal resistence. You might ‘naturally’ resist the idea because it goes against all you’ve ever heard. But, just because you resist the idea, is the idea invalid?

My point, of course, is, where ever you are ‘coming from’ tends to generate what you’re going to get back.

LET YOUR DOMINANT INTENT BE TO FEEL GOOD WHICH MEANS BE PLAYFUL, HAVE FUN, LAUGH OFTEN, LOOK FOR REASONS TO APPRECIATE AND PRACTISE THE ART OF APPRECIATING. AND AS YOU PRACTISE IT, THE UNIVERSE, WHO HAS BEEN WATCHING YOUR PRACTISE, WILL GIVE YOU CONSTANT OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPRESS IT. SO THAT YOUR LIFE JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER AND BETTER” (Abraham Hicks)

Anything that anyone gives attention to, becomes true

Thanks Robert!

Great thread!

“Radical Acceptance is the ability to face hardships with greater love and deeper awareness.
Contemplation shapes radical acceptance as a way to choose love and peace over anger and despair.
Begin by finding this within ourselves before helping others.
