★FEEL IT,BELIEVE IT,ACHIEVE IT.

I just wanted to mention something important regarding practically any goal, no matter what it is.

It is VERY important to practise the FEELING of what it would be like for you to attain and maintain your goal.

Why is this so important? Because in order to attain and maintain a goal you need to get it in your belief system, in other words, you need to BELIEVE it, just as you believe your name or where you were born, you need to make it SOLID and REAL to your psyche. And the way to do this is to practise feeling what it would be like to reach, and to be happily and peacefully maintaining your physical goal.

Now at first this might seem like faking it or pretending, but that is usually how it starts with any new goal, dont worry, if you keep practising FEELING it, and keep imagining what it would be like to achieve and maintain what you want your mind will gradually accept the idea and this will TREMENDOUSLY help you to achieve it.

Sure, take whatever actions you need to do, but dont overlook the most IMPORTANT part of it. Once your mind believes what you want you will more naturally attain it, this is scientific and many of the worlds best teachers teach it.

What i want you to realise is, there is an incredible power that gets harnessed when you come to believe something to be true, and all it takes to create this belief power is repeated attention with FEELING to the goal or desire you want to experience.

Yes, at times it will not be as easy as other times, but this is how it may have been for many other goals you've achieved, think about it, when you wanted to learn to read, or ride a bike or drive a car, there were probably times when all didn't go well, but as long as you persisted in your desire and as long as you kept adjusting your behavior and thinking to align with your goal, you kept on until you eventually succeeded.

Now if you think back to those kinds of efforts, you might even recall when you had a FEELING of what it would be like to be able to ride or drive smoothly and easily, in fact, without at least some of these feelings, its possible you may have given up. When we feel what an achievement would be like, it empowers us.

As you practise feeling what it would be like to happily have what you want, you come to BELIEVE it, and when you believe something, it almost becomes automatic and everything starts falling into place for you to have what you want.

Anything that anyone gives attention to, becomes true
