    →   The soft gentle energy of self love now swirls around me wherever I go, and there is absolutely no where I can be, where my Divine Vehicle is not surrounded and nourished by this frequency. Whenever I would like to access it, it is there to soothe & care.

 

 

→   Whatever situation arises, I ask myself: How can I be good to myself

 

→   I pump myself full of self-love whenever I am at home, and wish to do something deeply positive with my time. If the only thing I do with my time and energy, is run self love through my own energy field, I will have done a great deed for the human realm.

So, here are 7 simple steps to practice unconditional love:

    • ~• Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ(1)The best time to practice is when we feel judged. Next time you notice you feel judged (whether it’s by you or someone else), be quiet with yourself for a moment and take a deep breath.

      • Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ (3)Look inside for the kind, wise you that loves you unconditionally. Look for their words of comfort and listen to what they have to say. (That’s all there is to it.)

Stop All Criticism.

Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to criticize yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody changes. When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When you approve of yourself, your changes are positive.

Forgive Yourself.

Let the past go. You did the best you could at the time with the understanding, awareness, and knowledge that you had. Now you are growing and changing, and you will live life differently.

Don’t Scare Yourself.

Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts. It’s a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you pleasure, and immediately switch your scary thought to a pleasure thought.

Be Gentle and Kind and Patient.

Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learn the new ways of thinking. Treat yourself as you would someone you really loved.

Be Kind to Your Mind.

Self-hatred is only hating your own thoughts. Don’t hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently change your thoughts.

Praise Yourself.

Criticism breaks down the inner spirit. Praise builds it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how well you are doing with every little thing.

Support Yourself.

Find ways to support yourself. Reach out to friends and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for help when you need it.

Be Loving to Your Negatives.

Acknowledge that you created them to fulfill a need. Now you are finding new, positive ways to fulfill those needs. So lovingly release the old negative patterns.

Take Care of Your Body.

Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel does your body need in order to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about exercise. What kind of exercise do you enjoy? Cherish and revere the temple you live in.

Do Mirror Work.

Look into your eyes often. Express this growing sense of love you have for yourself. Forgive yourself while looking into the mirror. Talk to your parents while looking into the mirror. Forgive them, too. At least once a day, say, “I love you, I really love you!”

Love Yourself . . . Do It Now.

Don’t wait until you get well, or lose the weight, or get the new job, or find the new relationship. Begin now—and do the best you can.

Have Fun.

Remember the things that gave you joy as a child. Incorporate them into your life now. Find a way to have fun with everything you do. Let yourself express the joy of living. Smile. Laugh. Rejoice, and the Universe rejoices with you!

I think this is a subject that is perfect for discussion here as being mindful and using affirmations can sometimes be one of the first steps someone will take to learn to change their thoughts and feelings about themselves .It is a good thread for our” newbees“and the old timers like myself who have been here a while .

Create a positive space and break the cycle of negativity

it has helped me see that although we have an endless supply of love to give to others ,we need to replenish our own energy or we allow ourselves to be drained and then the negative thoughts and melancholy have an opening to come into our thoughts .

The first thoughts that come into my mind are that loving yourself means that you accept your weaknesses and that sometimes you (I) will make mistakes – some of which will be silly ones. Loving myself well means that I’ll accept, correct the mistake if possible and move on -not get angry and call myself names. Loving myself means I must give myself the same patience and love, attention and encouragement that I give to others. Sometimes I get impatient with myself.

I can think of a 6th way to diminish worry, the buddha would agree perhaps.

Break free from the addiction to "news" and the opinions of all the people who think there opinion

is the truth no matter what, the truth is not discernable, and as I see it no news is the wisest choice. Of course it is not easy to overcome this addiction to hoopla hype propaganda and all the other negative stuff they spoon feed you. It may take a while, but it's an act of self love necessary.

 She is a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

In her most perfect voice , I love how she states

I used to listen to this almost every night after a full day of work or just any day I had done a lot and  

it became 

evening

and it was time to simply allow

myself to turn off the day

and focus on beautiful sleep

and receive support to do so…

you are enough .. and now switch gears … and relax and get deserved rest...though done so -so perfectly
