Important: Anything that arises is perfect and beautiful and necessary.

We are actually already there, we just need to realise and remember it.
As such, it is safe to fully feel and experience anything, and when we remember that we are not that which we are experiencing, we are the Experiencer, we are the witness, this will become natural and easy.
