This is not something I ever chose to remember. My philosophy was to focus on life, living well… and a very long life … And to ensure that - do excellent, good and praiseworthy things. Be your authentic self & allow improvement… allow satisfaction.

Enjoy it - understand impermanence 

Though don’t fear impermanence

Allow your spirit to be alive & well

This is another thing I thought I didn’t do. 
Though I imagine this is one reason

 I love affirmations so much . We all know what we don’t like , what we don’t want to experience… The ‘trick’ is … know it and allow for the greater reality with thoughts , feelings and actions .. Without the contrast - we wouldn’t elevate ourselves to the desired state
