AUTUMN’21 ★★ Newest★★ What do you want your inner child to know?

What do you want your inner child to know?

I'm here for you.

I'm listening.

  • and I'd ask ...What are you feeling, please?
  • Is there something you'd  like to tell me that is very important to you?
  • Is there something you'd like to be doing?
  • How can I help you feel supported? I really want to know.

Take your time. I am not going anywhere.

I love you soooo much.

I am so happy to connect with you. You are my everything.

I've did cheesy things before,

Once you get to know Twain, you’ll never be the same.

I want my inner child to feel loved and valued, safe and protected.

I want my inner child to have the experience of belonging.

I want my inner child to feel connected, feel comfortable, feel grounded, be able to stand up for herself!

“Radical Acceptance is the ability to face hardships with greater love and deeper awareness.
Contemplation shapes radical acceptance as a way to choose love and peace over anger and despair.
Begin by finding this within ourselves before helping others.

My inner child knows because I have helped her know:
The things I am doing and the ways I enjoy feeling have always EVERYTHING to do with my little one.

Though to be sure I want her to know I will always confer with her:

How are you feeling? What do you need? How may I give generously to you today?

Are you getting enough rest?

Good  food to eat?
Are you having enough fun with how I do things now?

Are you needing to go out or experience something or somewhere special?

What does enjoyment look like for you today?

How do you feel about the plans I have going on? How can I make anything we are doing more enjoyable?
What would you like to experience today?

  • What are you feeling, please?
  • Is there something you'd  like to tell me that is very important to you?
  • Is there something you'd like to be doing?
  • How can I help you feel supported? I really want to know because everyday is your day.

I realized my inner child 🧒 needs a new revisited attention.

She had a relationship with my spouse too,

and this has been joyfully acknowledged also

My spouse and I loved enjoyment of  very simple things.

We loved silly though very appreciated pet names for one another.

This was an invention of both of our inner children.

We could watch reruns of our favorite shows until we could practically anticipate each fun scene.

We enjoyed our favorite health grocery stores like they were amusement parks for the soul.

We enjoyed book stores like they were candy stores for our creative fun minds.

Today my inner child and I enjoy one another like we did when we were having the most fun with what made us the most happy.

My inner child knows because I have helped her know:
that we start our day we will feel our amazing togetherness. We will enjoy breakfast and getting ready for the day. Our choices will reflect everything good.
