While July is coming to a close, I was thinking these awesome intentions I have from something I saved from an old HeartMath keepsake for the month would truly work for these moments in time.

Its focus is allowing balance to be in the forefront of your being while being/doing all that you are doing as you are allowing yourself to grow

Keep balance at the forefront of your mental and emotional engagements.

Take stock to decide if worry and hurry are driving your choices rather than the heart’s intuitive discernment.
