Condiments

Wikipedia defines a condiment as:
A condiment is a relish, sauce, or seasoning added to food to impart a particular flavour or to complement the dish. Often pungent in flavour and therefore added in fairly small quantities, popular condiments include salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, olive oil, vinegar and sugar.

It is time to focus on everything we love..so we can surround ourselves with them even more…

My favorite Barbecue sauce

Bone Sucking Sauce’-Sauce-16-oz.html
You don’t have to pour it on to get the flavor..little tastes will do it too..especially if you don’t want a lot of sugar. It has 4 grams of sugar in 1 Tablespoon.. So when cooking with itt will just melt right into your food with just a drizzle..or water it down..

Don’t let the name turn you off if you’re a vegetarian, you can use it on any veggie dishes too.

Thank you.

I’m a hot sauce addict!
Love all types of chilli sauce, but especially Encona (West Indian hot sacuse made with scotch bonnet peppers).
Also love the hot sauce in barbados (various independant and home made yellow scotch bonnet sauces).

The best is when you make it yourself:
Your favourite hot chillis (or mild)
Cider Vinegar
Salt and Brown sugar as seasoning
Onions
Ginger
Garlic
Tomatoes (optional – but if you like to tame it down)

Cook it all up and then blitz in a food processor to your desired texture.

A full and thankful heart..

In response to anoushka’s post:
