This morning I posted this statement:I Love Alignment ...after allowing the truth my joyful heart loves ....
and of course affirmations, intentions and anything I absolutely appreciate from my soul
I literally get up early .... and sometimes with only moments to spare...to get to my job
... I still 'do energy work' before I leave
Why?
Because it is the most helpful thing I do for myself and those I interact with. The day that is created ...is always something wonderful to remember.
No matter how much time is on the clock....
time seems to stop, as I allow myself to be in touch
with what truly matters to me...

Time seems to expand...slows down for all else that follows.
