Love the idea/quote , “I BELIEVE my mind is clear of negative thoughts allowing all positive thoughts to come to me naturally and freely” Though for myself, I don’t allow myself to even use the word negative in my positive affirmations. If I’m truly feely that way, there are exercises I use to center myself and rid myself of unwanted thinking, and change to new.
Other than that, some things I’ve found out about negativity in life: 1. It doesn’t have to be(: 2. Focus on all you want, have passion for it, plan for it, affirm it as so, keep your affirming-so at the forefront of your mind 3. The more you do what you need to do (keeping yourself healthy w/exercise, nutritious meals, mood-food; and affirming, writing, reading planning, being your own cheerleader), toward having and being what you want ->the result is being a very positive person, and negativity is something you’ll know very little about.
That’s my view on negating negativity(:
