Today I will release any negative thoughts, love myself, and become a more positive person

Choose happiness!

I breath in god and breath out fear

I will fear nothing knowing that God will always be there for me !

I choose love over fear.

I love God and He loves me.

I cast my burdens to Christ and I go free.

I put my own full faith in small, sure steps.

I turn my days over to God and ask Him for guidance in all things.

God lives inside my heart.

If GOD brings you to it, He will bring you through it.

My faith lifts me above all fears

I am God's beloved Child.

I let go and I trust.

I am a WONDERFUL being.

I AM LOVELY, BEAUTIFUL, DESERVING, WORTHY, AND VALUED

I love who I see in the mirror.
