Total concentration is mine. I have the power to focus my concentration at will. I remain alert and focused. I easily block thoughts unrelated to what I am working on. My goal of super concentration is easily achieved.

I am solution focused and goal oriented

Urgency is not my friend. Through results-focused planning and delegating to others, I minimize the amount of time I spend addressing the urgent demands of other people.

When I feel overwhelmed by circumstances around me, I recognize that these are only old patterns coming up. I quietly go within and ask myself, What is best for me? All confusion then leaves and I become clear with regard to the step I ought to take.

If overwhelmed I look at my list, pick a priority and do it.

I see my patterns and make changes without embarrassment or guilt.

I have the courage to change my life

It is becoming easier and more enjoyable to change my life.

I know that I am the Creator of My Life and I can change it when ever I want.

What will this cost me if I don't change?

My subconscious mind now communicates confidence, certainty, and power to the subconscious minds of others.

I am motivated and disciplined, I reach and maintain the goals I set.

Whether or not I enjoy my day is a conscious choice I make when I wake up and greet the day. Positive, energetic, optimistic fun-filled days of growth and achievement are mine when I simply make the choice to make it so.

My mind is constantly creating optimistic and positive thoughts all day long about everything I do.

I speak with confidence, certainty, clarity and conviction

I wake up today with strength in my heart and clarity in my mind.

My mind is focused and I have clarity and energy in all I do.

I wear a sincere, heartwarming smile everywhere I go. My genuine smile comes from deep within my innermost being.
