I am confident
It feels absolutely terrific to be able to get into my old jeans!
I love creating my dream body!
I am getting thinner and thinner everyday
I eat only when I am truly hungry
I love to eat colorful, fresh, whole foods.
The fitter I become, the more energy I have!
Step by step and rep by rep, I am creating my perfect body.
Every action I take moves me towards my perfect body.
Daily exercise makes me feel fantastic!
My fitness routine is fun and invigorating!
Everything I eat helps me lose weight
Every day my body becomes slimmer and firmer.
I maintain the weight that is right for me.
I am becoming more and more attractive every day.
I am losing a little weight each day.
Being a size 18 does not mean I'm not beautiful. I am.
My body absorbs appropriate nutrients of all food and drink that I consume
I only eat when truly hunger, never from boredom, stress or any other reason
