I sleep deeply and peacefully every night. I sleep until six every morning.

I release the weight. I am safe.

I am God's beloved child! John 1: 12

I am losing weight everyday and I feel wonderful!

I eat only to fuel my body when hungry.

Weight drops from my body.

I sleep until 5:30 every morning.

Peace flows through me.

God surrounds me with love and peace.

I now forgive everyone and everything that has ever hurt me.

I forgive myself and I am forgiven.

I sleep in peace and I wake in joy. Through peaceful sleep, my body and mind are renewed and restored to perfect health.

I am surrounded by love. All is well.
