I will no longer hold on to the pain from my unpleasant experiences in love.
I am a good person and deserve good from others.
Repeatedly calling someone is usually distressing to both parties since it suggests insecurity impatience and a lack of understanding They will return my call when it is convenient if not they are not worth the concern anyway
I dont always need to investigate everything which is out of the ordinary this will consume my time and energy cause me emotional distress and push people away.
It is important for me to learn to trust and have faith in people and not automatically expect the worst from people.
People generally have good intentions and dont actively scheme and plot to hurt me.
It is inappropriate when I automatically apply concepts from past relationships and experiences to new ones I must try to give everyone a fair chance.
I will avoid entertaining and giving importance to overly negative thoughts because a situation may very well be much different from what I create in my mind.
Worry and negativity are useless and only serve to distress me and interfere with a peaceful existence
My negative thoughts can only flourish and become manifest if I entertain them, I will learn to dismiss them.
I will not be discouraged even if at times I mess up and allow negativity to prevail.
A new day has also the potential for new and old negative thoughts which I will not underestimate
Everyday is a new opportunity for me to improve and do better.
3. I will need to put in a significant amount of time and discipline but I am confident that I can accomplish this.
