Today (3/17/12) is 45 days Miller Lite free!! It is the longest period of sobriety I’ve had in some time. Feelings of inadequacy and fear of being found out (mostly at work) have caused me to return to the drink time and time again. I choose now to fill my mind with positive affirming statements of self love, confidence, and clarity that will fulfill God’s divine plan for me.

more to come- my four year old will not let me focus…ugh
