I’ve just become interested in affirmations and Hypnosis. I bought a tiny MP3 recorder/player so I can continiously loop an affirmation. After never being to ‘feel your feet relaxing’ etc. I’ve become able to not only feel a body part but get a tingling sensation there!—and this is only after several days.
