I decide not to live negatively, I am worthy of a positive life.

I am using my affirmations and they are making me stronger.

My future looks promising. I refuse to waste time on regrets.

Today, I give thanks and celebrate what an unbelievable life I have had so far: the accomplishments, the many blessings, and, even the hardships because they have served to make me stronger.

My relationship is filled with love, passion, understanding and fun

I now forgive everyone and everything that has ever hurt me.

I let go of everything inside that is holding me back, which automatically unlocks positive powers that propel my life to a bold, bright, exciting new level.

I forgive my family and embrace them in compassion.

I decide not to go on for the rest of my life surrendering to sorrow and tears. I decide that this nonconstructive sorrow mixed with self-pity has to STOP.

I walk to exist in this life and run to achieve life.

The man I love is with me now and always

I am happy and grateful for everything I have and receive daily

I am in love with a man who is in love with me

I love myself and I am in charge of my own happiness

I can change anything I want about my self or life any time I choose.
