When everything in my life is changing in an intense way, the best place for me to seek refuge is deep within myself, where I can reconnect with my own inner being, find strength & stability. Then I can make the best decision.

I create pictures in my mind of what I want things to be and my mind accepts them as truth.

It is my job to find the best in every situation. I know it is there, I must simply look for the good.

By always seeing the goodness in every situation, I will be very enthusiastic and my life will be richer.
