It is safe for me to be thin.
I lose weight easily
Every bite of food I eat is nourishment for my Body, Mind and Soul
I exercise or read when I think I'm about to eat due to a reason other than hunger.
I enjoy planning healthy, balanced meals.
I only eat when truly hunger, never from boredom, stress or any other reason
I consume what I want, when I want, and how much I want, and this is all perfectly awesome! In fact, I am meant to do this! It is best for my body and my life, nutritionally speaking, and I only get healthier, feel better, perform better and get stronger!
I am choosing the best nutritional foods on time, all the time!
