I am the measurer of my worth and I say I AM WORTHY!

I choose to move forward always seeking what's positive

I choose to focus on the thoughts that promote my happiness

My standards are high in my relationships and I am totally worth it

I am happy to have something to stand for

Those that are unable to meet my standards are best kept distant

I MUST have satisfaction in my relationships.

I MUST have communication and compromise in my relationship

I treat myself nicely and my friends MUST treat me nicely as well
