I eat what I want, not what I think I should eat.
I am losing a little weight each day.
Body fat falls off of me so fast that everyone around me is noticing.
My body is getting slimmer with every new hour.
I AM motivated to lose every ounce of body fat that I desire.
When I think I am full, I stop eating.
My metabolism is reved up like a Nascar engine.
It is so esay for me to lose body fat that the extra fat just falls off my body.
I easily attain & maintain my ideal weight.
When I wake up in the morning, my body feels thinner and thinner.
My metabolism is automatically adjusted to support my weight loss goal.
I am losing weight effortlessly every day!
I am losing weight, and it feels wonderful.
I now easily reduce weight and love doing it
I love to drink water.
I will meet my weight loss goals.
Nothing tastes as good as being slender feels
