  •  ★ ✉ Bmindful trivia fact: ( little stat for you… ) … 3500 view our site a day… and growing daily!!! Awesome! pretty sure you’d agree(: Though, as I’m sure most of you know on This site ,it isn’t about the #‘s (:

… its this oneness of heart and spirit no matter how many members we see logged on, have gotten to know, # that are joining -something bigger going on!

  • ~
Bmindful members will tell you…one day we’re a bit of the teacher…one day we are the student… Though somehow always a bit of both…. & its All always a gift(:

..There’s more awesomeness … which goes beyond just feeling … our own joy…

~There is a knowing we are all connected

There is a knowing that while our experiences are valuable, that we live in an expansive beautiful universe.

  • ~
It is when we share our love through joy, through compassion… it is rippling on a large scale.

(the opposite of going home to kick the dog) (:

Think of a dynamic ripple effect that goes way beyond the # of members who join or regularly contribute. (: Every time anyone receives anything… they enjoyed/desired/needed … whether they are members or passersby, figures/experiences cannot begin to be quantified, though can thoroughly be appreciated. (Kind of a exponential-magnificence)

our members are truly awesome! Their random acts of kindness… their love that they share here and in their lives…brings tears to my eyes.

Kindness

As I look into your heart
I see compassion

As I look into my heart
I see thoughtfulness

As I look into your heart
I see friendship

As I look into my heart
I see understanding

As I look into your heart
I see graciousness

As I look into my heart
I see gentleness

As I look into your heart
I see tenderness

As I look into my heart
I see courtesy

As I look into your heart
I see tolerance

As I look into my heart
I see patience

As I look into your heart
I see kindness and love

As I look into my heart
I see love and kindness

My definition of greatness

is to be greater than your environment,

to be greater than your body,

and to be greater than time.

And if you do, you will be great.

I mean, that’s it!” – Dr. Joe Dispenza

“The Ripple Effect of Kindness-Hope”

What is hope?
A wish, a dream
An intention?

Rhythmic waves washing ashore
Into the hearts of men
Rescuing us from drowning
In our own selfishness

A soothing, comforting effect
A gift unexpected from another
Concentric circles rippling forth
Never ending from a kind deed

Returning to the sender
In a most unusual way
It is kindness in the face of despair
Or kindness for no reason
That gives hope to the world.

The Power of Kindness

Instantly heart melting
From the helpless of creatures
Misting steely eyes
The simplest of gestures
A baby’s smile.

And it begins
A soft tug on a thick finger
And the elder melts
The interaction reciprocates

A warmhearted child
That befriends the bullied
A cookie given to a new student
Compassion, humaneness developed

A Teachers belief
When your full of doubt
A mentors hand up
To thrust you forward
Soaring above the din

Empowering others as you go
Storing incredible strength
Through self directed
Acts of kindness

Growing feeble as you must
Your body falters, your mind slips
Yet in your eyes glow still
The boundlessness power of kindness.

Kindness

An unexpected gift arrives at your door
One of simplicity or complexity
It matters not nor who its sender be

By touching deeply a ripple occurs
Exploding kindness fills the air
And is breathed in by passers by

They in turn act kindly as the pandemic
Spreads kindness uncontrollably
Infecting without an antidote.

Words are like seeds. When you write them out, they grow into your dreams and spark the imagination of others.

In response to AlwaysWonderfulPossibilities’s post:

I agree with Scott Adams. “There is no such thing as a small act of kindness.” As far the ripple effect, I believe it intensifies as it touches each person. They in turn touch another and so on…The kindness is sent out into our atmosphere where it comes back having grown cumulatively. Each of us yearns to be treated with kindness. Gravity then distributes this amplified kindness throughout our world and the process is repeated over and over again. Thus there is no logical end. This is why I believe kindness is one of the most powerful forces in the world.

Words are like seeds. When you write them out, they grow into your dreams and spark the imagination of others.

When we learn new behaviors and break through to higher levels of consciousness and love, we can fulfill the deeper spiritual hunger within.

 Judith Wright

I want to remind us all that the world is listening, all the time. How we are ripples out from us into the world and affects others. We have a responsibility – an ability to respond – to the world. Finding our particular way of living this responsibility, of offering who we are to the world, is why we are here. We are called because the world needs us to embody the meaning in our lives. God needs us awake. The world we live in is a co-creation, a manifestation of individual consciousness woven into a collective dream. How we are with each other as individuals, as groups, as nations and tribes, is what shapes that dream.

Great Handbook NonViolent Communication (compassion) The two questions What’s alive in us? Nonviolent Communication as we’ll see, suggests how we can let people know what’s alive in us. It shows us how to connect with what’s alive in other people, even if they don’t have words for saying it. The second question –and it’s linked to the first one- is: What can we do to make life more wonderful?
