Trusting the universe
Anything that anyone gives attention to, becomes true

Trusting in the entire process of our existence is very helpful.
Having trust as a foundation allows us to be able to dream, or create, and to be able to believe in the unbelievable and see in to the unforeseeable.
“Radical Acceptance is the ability to face hardships with greater love and deeper awareness.
Contemplation shapes radical acceptance as a way to choose love and peace over anger and despair.
Begin by finding this within ourselves before helping others.

I am somewhat skeptical Robert,the expression as I’ve heard it said is
“In god we trust”
Oh ya that’s right,the universe is god more or less,never mind.

This thread reminds me of that philosophical question.
Is the universe friendly,in your opinion or perspective.
And the author said this exercise was something to consider.
I suppose if you concluded that the universe is friendly,that would be the
wisest or politically correct answer.And I would agree.
