  • ** * if I can…will shorten/much editing this week…

THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE

  • ** * My first health tool is one ‘that came to me’ for treating ailments years ago.
  • ** * The focus on discomfort/symptom… not with alarm…though with an understanding that it has come as a wake-up call
  • ** * and my goal is to listen how to best care for myself (with joy) and …proceed…
  • ** * and to tell the discomfort I now have no use for it , because I’m listening to loving my body and thanking it for the lesson(s)… [as though walking a guest to the door they had come in, and bidding farewell]
  • ** * Some discomfort is something we welcome to understand… and of course some discomfort is necessary in life, suffering is optional. And we learn a great deal through discomfort.
  • ~
  • ** * I make friends with all parts of me.
  • ~
  • ** * I express, though, I’m done now with any suffering, and bid ailment a farewell. …And that I’m only inviting healthiest welcomed experiences.
  • ~
  • ** * Learn to become an observer of discomfort, not a participant.
  • ~
  • ** * This doesn’t mean not to feel ones feelings and be present for experiences…It is simply becoming more of a choice how to engage with them…stepping in and stepping back.
  • ~

Intuition plays a role…prayer plays a role…faith plays a role…lots of love play a role …on how to proceed

  • ~
  • ** * Acceptance is always important too. Don’t have to enjoy something, for this process of acceptance and loving self…
  • ~
  • ** * I also do not treat challenges like a snapshot of a favorite in my wallet, that needs showing off. It doesn’t deserve that type of attention.
  • ** * I love it enough, to let it go, and thank it for its concern and mission…though any partnership it believes we have, was never agreed upon. So I’m making our loving rules…and my heart is now listening how to respond and behave.
  • ** * I’m appreciative for the experience…and while it was bitter-sweet…it was received…and I will continue to learn from lessons in the moment, and as they are revealed to me later, not the uninvited messenger or its relatives, which I see/feel/believe are already gone, and kindly given the boot.

  • ** * It may not happen immediately, though quicker than, inviting it, and forming a relationship with it like it was a guest that I allow to overstay its welcome.
  • ** * Wayne Dyer’s daughter had a similar experience which I’ll link to… And I’ve read similar things from healers…Others who speak of this only reinforced this lesson that had become my friend.
  • ** * Thanking God for this healing/healed experience and ability is also huge.
  • ** * Alarm myself will never assist.
  • ** * Of course there are instances in life, that a discomfort may need true medical attention…Though, for most ailments…I speak nice to me, keep the faith…and when I learn what works for my mind, body and spirit…I choose to remember, and form habits and routines around them.
  • ~
  • ** * This lesson, is not meant to misinform anyone that medical care is never needed. It is meant to share we need to treat our bodies, mind and spirit with complete love; minimize what I call ‘stupid stress’…things we can truly control…relax and take part in ones life for the love of it. Decide what it is you enjoy for your health, and that has wonderful benefits, and enjoy it. It isn’t about what works for everyone…figure out what lessons have come your way…and remember them as gifts. SelfCareJoy

BE YOU

Be nonjudgmental. We all see others through our lens of who we are, our unique life experience. Our lens or glasses if you prefer, will not fit others. Allowing others to view the world through their own glasses will allow less stress to enter your life-moving you forward. We can’t change others, we can only change ourselves. We can influence others by what we say and do. So say and do good things in love and light!

Words are like seeds. When you write them out, they grow into your dreams and spark the imagination of others.

In response to SelfCareJoy’s post:

YES! …treat our bodies, mind and spirit with ( unconditional-my word) complete love…

In re: to your statement…it reminds me how much I love uplifting questions, rather than closed labeling assumptions. We are all moving forward, and all in relation to our own uniqueness. Thanks Poppy for sharing…I’m believing this thread will continue to include loving ways(:
