- Have you ever constructed a list of items/areas/things that are part of your basics?
- I seem to do this …for items/areas/things brand new, or increasing, or just to simple remember/reinforce…or to give myself credit/accolades for doing good things for myself(:
- This is a list that you can use to reinforce what is basic to you, and
- not to worry if someone says the same thing…or if you have a need/desire to repeat yourself(: Reinforcement and sharing is the purpose
- Of course, not everything on your list will be accomplished everyday…sometimes…its a goal to…and sometimes it will be like a wonderful menu of possibilities

Some biggies for me:
starting the day with morning lemon water - whenever I feel compelled is awesome!

organic fruit ( example an apple , pear, nectarine) - ~
exercise ( part of a workout routine or just some good physical movement…stretching, resistance )
