Nowadays I am deliberately practising the idea of ‘trusting source’ as in where Abraham Hicks say… SOURCE ALWAYS HAS US IN ITS SIGHTS, and always feels peaceful, wonderful, glorious, happy, delighted, ect about us.
In other words I like the idea if I'm ever upset about anything, its only because I don't have ‘Sources’ perspective on the subject. So, lately I use this idea to ‘allow’ myself to choose a better feeling (peace, ease, happiness ect).
This seems to have made it easier for me to feel better.
Anything that anyone gives attention to, becomes true
