Once you get to know Twain, you’ll never be the same.
I was watching what eckhart tolle,s thoughts were on the subject.I think he said it was the mind projecting, rather then living in the now,he may have said other things,I can,t remember…From what I have learned about fear,is at it,s core or root, fear is predominately the concept of death or the unconscious realization that when all is said and done,we as all other living things will cease to exist.Kind of like in gradeschool when recess was so much fun, then that bell rang, and you knew recess was over.Their are many ways to describe fear I sometimes think that the more we can acknowledge the fact that someday we will leave this vehicle called our body,we will be more at ease and fundamentally much less fearfull, just food for thought, the more we accept the fact that this physical form is here for a limited number of years. In other words most unconscious fear comes from denying or not acknowledging our own mortality. This is what I wanted to say about fear.

most things we fear are what we imagine ,I fear something happening to one of my kids .I fear choking at the dentist
I don’t fear dying at all as it is the doorway into my next experience ,but I don’t want to go before my kids are all independant .

There are great things over there in our fear.
All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.
