Very nice AccidentalNote that’s a good idea. I started taking care of myself more recently. Since I’m getting older I don’t feel that attractive anymore and have let myself go. The best thing that helped me was an ex-boyfriend who said, “Mary if you get off tract go back and start again, there is no hurry as long as you do it.” He is one of the most positive persons I have ever known.
I’ve never seen your “outside”, but inside you are definitely a hottie! As far as I can tell, most of us here on bmindful are hotties on the inside! We are all smart and good. That’s a pretty hot combo in my book.

thank you for this great thread Accidental Note .So many women focus on their bodies and don’t see the beautiful souls that they are inside .
In the media there is this message as though ageing is something awful instead of the gift it is ,look at the alternative .
There is nothing more beautiful than eyes that are shining with love wether it is a young baby or a very old great grandmother .
As long as I have a smile to share I can spread joy
As long as I have arms I can share love by hugging
As long as I can see,hear,taste,touch and speak I have so much to be grateful for and to help others with .
Life is such a gift and our children need to grow up looking forwards to every new day of their lives .
