A friend sent me a link to This Video and I stopped it a few minutes in (I haven’t even watched the whole thing yet) to come here and post something that it said that really resonated with me. It is simply the idea of “having faith in what you already know”. It was the faith part that struck me. I think most of us “know” a lot of great stuff and that there are lots of things we can do to make our lives better. Maybe we should consider the ‘faith’ part more if we aren’t implementing the things that we ‘know’ will work. I’m going back to finish the video now, but wanted to share that while it was on my mind.

You get exposed to more information in one day than a well-educated individual living in the 18th century encountered in a lifetime.
You have up to 80,000 thoughts a day.
You are bombarded with 4,000 messages daily in your environment. It’s no wonder that you forget things! Carmen Coker
