Consider: We hold in our conscious minds things we are concerned about. Things we are not good at. Things we are good at are dropped into the unconscious. Now, how does this affect our ability to communicate?
Consider: Would it be helpful to consciously practice the skills we want so that they become unconscious and automatic? Auto-Pilot?
Consider: What questions could I ask before I went to bed that my subconscious mind could be working on answering? What kinds of questions do I ask ALL the time, even when I am conscious. Am I asking questions that bring about positive or negative results? Am I asking “Why can’t I do X? Would it be better to ask “How can I do X?
