Quick Healthy Fixes -For What Ails You

We all do a multitude of things to fix what we are feeling ->toward a greater level of being.

Nasal Pressure/Pain

  • Peppermint Tea
  • ‘Simply Saline’ Nasal Spray
  • Tapping the forehead above the eyes and rubbing in a circular motion the points at the top of the nose between the eyebrows helps break up mucus and will encourage draining.
  • Wash your face with Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Soap
  • Eat hot salsa
  • Avoid lots of dairy
  • gently q-tip ear with a smidgen of peroxide

BE YOU

headache ,stress or just generally feeling fragile – pour a few drops of lavender oil into a bowl of wam water ,soak a face cloth in it ,wring it out ten lie down ,eyes shut and put it over you face ,keep repeating when it goes cold – its so comforting

you can do the same with peppermint oil if you feel sick/upset tummy . love flowergirl
