Today I am conscious of needing extra sleep after some “full” days..I allowed myself to sleep more this morning..thank you self(:
I have started my day with a blood orange-delicious . It is the season for this wonderful fruit. I am about to start my late morning before work with a protein drink-creating fullness and nutrition and not overdoing the kcal.
I told myself I had ‘no time’ for any exercise before work..but that was incorrect..we always have time for a little of something good..and we can gradually do more and more as the time slot we make happen appears.
I am then going to prepare lunch for work that I cooked last night..With that as my main course..I’ll add things that seem like extras..but are really good things to incorporate in my daily meal planning.
It is easy to say we are doing our best..when we are doing some good things. Though my belief in doing our best..is to really look at what you are doing, what you say you want..and keep looking at ways to make a routine have the finishing touches that make you say..I am always improving..and mean it.
I can gradually be more conscious and more responsible of keeping my body in perfect running order..as long as my goal is present, and I commit to the change in mind and in gradual doses routinely(:
